2nd Annual Carolina Boogie Contest

May 28 - 31  Lumberton Regional Airport (KLBT), North Carolina

The Carolinas IAC Chapter 19 will host the 2009 Carolina Boogie on May 28-31, 2008 at the Lumberton Regional Airport (KLBT) in Lumberton, North Carolina.  The contest will be for Primary through Unlimited categories. Practice and registration will take place on Thursday, May 28th. The contest takes place on Friday and Saturday, May 29-30, with Sunday, May 31st reserved as a rain day.   The box will be open prior to the contest for practice on Monday-Thursday, May 25-28.

May 25-28 (Mon.-Thus.)  Box Open for Practice - 9:30am-6:00pm 
May 28 (Thursday)  Pilot Registration
May 29 (Friday)  8am Mandatory Pilot Safety Briefing 
May 29 (Friday)  Contest until 6pm 
May 29 (Friday)  Dinner at location TBD
May 30 (Saturday)  8am-6pm Contest
May 30 (Saturday)  8pm Awards Banquet
May 31 (Sunday)  8am-noon Contest rain day, then clean up

Late Registration: on Friday morning for late arrivals between 8am-10am is also possible, but contact the Contest Director,
